Acme thread linear actuators, industrial duty

AC & DC powered actuators type ATL to 80000N

These standard series acme thread actuators from Servomech form part of the Techdrives product range.  They suit more complex industrial applications with forces in a range 400 to 80000N and with a duty cycle not exceeding 30% in a 10 minute period.  Speeds up to 140 mm/s are possible and there is a wide range of models plus modular options.  Strokes can be up to 1000mm subject to buckling limits.

Motors are ac 1 or 3 phase with the option of dc 24V from ATL20 to ATL40

Options include external stroke limit switches, different end fixings, stainless steel push rod, second input shaft, incremental encoder and safety nut.
