RULAND beam type shaft  flexible couplings

One piece all metal couplings for shafts 3 to 12 mm

Techdrives shaft couplings include the RULAND MWS and MWC beam type couplings.  These one piece couplings are available in aluminium or stainless steel with torques 0.4 to 5 Nm and for shafts from 3 to 12 mm.  These minature couplings have a high misalignment capacity and suit speeds up to 6000 r/min

Type: One piece all-metal torsionally soft and backlash free couplings

Construction:  Machined in one piece with two sets of spiral slots.  The aluminium couplings are available with set  screws MWS or clamp hubs MWC and suit -40 to +100oC.  The stainless steel versions (with carbon steel blackened screws) are available only in MWC clamp hub version and suit -40 to +170oC.

Applications:  Small and precision drives, for example encoders.  Special designs are possible
