High efficiency right angle gearboxes 100 to 12800Nm

Vogel bevel helical gearboxes are particularly compact and efficient designs available in 8 sizes for ratios from 6 to 48 and torques from 100 to 12800 Nm.  The bevel helical configuration leads to a high running efficiency of 90-96%.  Low backlash of 10 arcmins (on request below 2 arcmins) makes these gearboxes suitable for reversing servo drives.  Gear ratios are exact.  Precision gear manufacture gives a design life of 20000 hours.  Efficiences are 90 to 96% depending on ratio.

Gearbox options are male output single or double shaft, hollow shaft output and motor flange input.  Hollow shaft output gearboxes can have a zero backlash compression coupling.
