Planetary gearheads 20 to 360Nm

This type MPV servo planetary gearbox offers reduced costs in exchange for higher backlash.  It is available in 1 and 2 stage designs and 4 sizes for rated torques from 20 to 360Nm, acceleration torques 40 to 500Nm.  Construction is with an aluminium housing.  Compared to the types MPR and MPG, the MPV offers the same exact gear ratios 3 to 100 and the same high efficiency 95 to 97%.  MPV gearboxes are grease lubricated for a 20 000 hour design life.

Gearboxes are designed for flange connection to motors and a range of dimensions are possible.  Output shafts are with a keyway.
