Torsionally stiff all metal couplings shafts 4 to 120mm

Techdrives offer 3 ranges of high performance metal disc couplings from supply partner Mönninghoff - the Mini Servoflex, Servoflex and Arcoflex covering shafts from 4 to 120 mm, torques 1 to 9000Nm.  Suiting precision machinery, these couplings are torsionally stiff and backlash free.  They are compact, can run at high speeds and need no maintenance.

Many models are available from stock.  Hubs with clamp connection can replace keyways.  Spacer versions up to 5m long are possible.

Type: All metal bolted assemblies that are torsionally very stiff and backlash free.

Construction: Laminated steel disc packs are assembled with bolt fixings between alloy or steel hubs, Single flexing (1 disc pack) models accept only radial misalignment.  Double flexing models accept parallel and radial misalignment.
