Spring applied brakes, sealed design to IP65
INTORQ type BFK461, 4 to 235Nm

Designed for outdoor applications and use in wet areas, these corrosion resistant brakes are proven in pitch drives on wind turbines.  A wide range of coil voltages are possible and they suit ambients of -20 to +40oC with a 100% duty rating.
 

Caliper spring applied brakes for direct drives
INTORQ type BFK 466, forces 1172 to 8000N
Suiting brake discs of diameter 150 to 850mm, this multiple design delivers torques up to 1500Nm per caliper in compact dimensions with low energy consumption.

Spring applied brakes, high torque design
INTORQ type BFK468, 100 to 2400Nm
Normally on brakes with a multipole design that delivers high torques in compact dimensions.  Suitable for dynamic and static duties, these brakes have a wide range of modular options.

Electromagnetic brake sysetms for hoists and lifts
INTORQ types BFK454, 456, 464

These high integrity brakes are designed for safety critical applications such as hoists and passenger lifts.  Types 454 and 464 are dual circuit brakes with torques 15-1200Nm.  Type 456 is a spring applied caliper brake.  Also available are double brakes type 457 and 458.
