Panasonic servo motors are available in seven powers 50W to 1.5kW and have a 2500 pulse incremental encoder built in. They are compact and give highly dynamic performance due to low inertia values. Peak torque capacity is around 300% nominal. Enclosure is IP65 at the motor, and IP20 or optionally IP65 at the connectors.
Panasonic servo drives are available in 3 types: Analogue, Positioner and Stepper Replacement. Each work with the standard motors. There are 4 frame sizes with IP20 enclosure for panel mounting.
Panasonic servo geared motors have a Vogel planetary gearbox with exact ratios assembled to the motor giving rated output speeds between 60 and 1000 r/min. These preconfigured assemblies have output torques up to 170Nm.
Ease of use is assured by advanced Panasonic features including electronic nameplates, auto-gain tuning, vibration control and electronic namplate.
