Signal towers, beacons, light bars, position indicators


	Signal Towers product range>> with LED lighting give a clear and economical indication of machine status. They are energy efficient and maintenance free. Up to 5 colours can be stacked in towers of diameters 25 to 100mm with enclosure IP65 and optional warning buzzers. Wall mounted towers are also available.

	Signal lights product information>> are non-rotating warning lights with optional sound alarm and LED bulbs for long life. Five colours are available with body diameters from 57 to 100mm. Light patterns are continuous, flashing, simulated rotation and strobe

	Rotating beacons product information>> with mirror reflection system give extra visibility for warning signals indoors and outdoors. Rotating beacons have 4 colour options, diameters from 82 to 162mm, maintenace free LED bulbs and enclosures up to IP66

	Voice annunciators product information>> - The BSV voice annunciator is less than 20mm deep and very easy to install. Output up to 87 dB is achieved by SD card programming with up to 15 prerecorded sounds or 60 seconds of message.

	LED light bars product range>> are available in strips from 100 to 1500mm long suiting machine lighting at operator stations. They are maintenance free, energy efficient, bright without glare and cool running. For the food industry IP69K enclosure is available.

	Position measurement & display product range>> Here we offer mechanical digital position indicators - and clock type dial indicators - and devices for electronic position measurement. Linear cable transducers and non contacting encoders suit travel up to 25m. Both incremental and absolute rotary encoders are available with matching displays.

	Techdrives modules for signalling & display includes units for machine status, warnings and safety/emergency indications. Signal towers from 25 to 100 mm diameter have from 1 to 5 coloured lights that can be continuous or flashing plus optional audible alarms. Signal lights are non-rotating single colour lights that can be flashing or continuous. Beacons are single colour lights that rotate with diameters from 82 to 162mm. Audible alarms and voice annunciators have options for sound warning and recorded messages up to 105 dB. Light bars use LED technology for machine lighting that is low voltage, energy efficiency and comfortable for operators. Digital position indicators are simple mechanical devices and clock type handwheel indicators are also available. Cable position transducers suit linear motion up to 12m. Incremental and absolute encoders suit rotary motion. Non-contacting linear encoders give high precision up to 25m.
